This is a Hindi movie, based on true events that shook the world in early nineties- Ethnic Cleansing of erstwhile Yugoslavia. The story revolves around a young Bengali engineer cum nuclear scientist, who while transiting through Europe, gets sucked into the whirlpool of Ethenic Cleansing. Trying to help the family of a colleague escape persecution, he finds himself in blood soaked Serbia, driving all night with a battered woman in his car. He sees first hand the savagery launched by President Slobodan Milosevic against his own people. The movie also gives glimpses of the root cause of anger among common Muslims against an unjust socio political system.
